Final payments and deposits are to be made via wire transfers, or by Visa or MasterCard. After your payment has been processed, please make sure that you send notification to your consultant in our office by fax (+1 801 6812 705) or email, giving details of the name of the party and invoice number. Without this information we will not be able to credit your account with this transaction and it will continue to show as unpaid in our records.
If you would like to make payment by Visa & MasterCard, we will need the following:
- An authorization form duly filled and signed. This needs to be sent to us by fax to (+1 801 6812 705) or email the scanned copy. This authorization has to be done every time a Visa & Master card payment is done.
- A scanned copy of both sides of the credit card. This is required only the first time as long as you are using the same card for payments.
- A scanned copy of your ID, which can be your valid driver’s license or a valid passport. This is required once only.
